No problem! You can pause your membership as long as you do so no later than 9pm Thursday for Sunday Delivery. Just notify us be sending an email to chefdj@eatwelltoronto.com.
Every menu item is gluten-free. Let us know of any health concerns and we will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Same goes for food allergies.
Best value is 8 meals, and 1 month membership, but You can do a trial to start off.
We deliver weekly on Sundays between 5pm and 11pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
Absolutely. Just contact us at chefdj@eatwelltoronto.com and let us know what dates you will be away. We will skip deliveries for you during the that time.
Our deliveries are pre-planned, and store space is limited. However, in urgent circumstances, we will try to accommodate you.
If your residence requires front desk/call box access, it is your responsibility to ensure our drivers have access on arrival. If not, meals will be left with your concierge. You can send your access information (buzzer/unit #) to chefdj@eatwelltoronto.com for arrangements.
